Hi! Larry,

These are the pictures of the Restaurant with an outside view and an inside view. I’m also including a list of the leaseholds and equipment. The Restaurant seats 50 people and we have a lot of take-outs daily. Our motto is- Fast Fresh and Healthy. We serve a varied menu which includes Pitas, Wraps and Salads/Soups. Healthy choices for today’s lifestyle. Our asking price for the Restaurant is 29,900.00. This Restaurant is located right in the downtown area, in a Shopping Plaza. There are lots of small business in this Plaza with Thrifty’s Grocery Store, and a huge Pharmasave at either end of the Plaza. Our City Hall has relocated downtown and the Southwest Credit Union has just built a state of the art building as well.
